Return & Replacement Policy – Sedurá

At Sedurá, we are committed to delivering quality products with complete discretion and care.

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or unwanted items.

Replacements for Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly upon arrival, we will provide a replacement subject to verification.

To be eligible for a replacement:

* You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
* An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory.
* The video must clearly show:
    * The sealed package before opening.
    * The product and its condition after opening.
    * The issue or defect being reported.

Non-Eligible Cases

We will not be able to provide a replacement if:

* No unboxing video is provided.
* The product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
* The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
* The product shows signs of normal wear and tear.

Replacement Process

1. Email us at getsedura@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and unboxing video.
2. Our team will review the request within 2–5 business days.
3. If approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds

Sedurá does not offer refunds for hygiene-sensitive products. Approved claims will be resolved through product replacement only.
